Alpaca Apparel Refund Policy
If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We cannot accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.
Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn or showing signs of wear. Items must be make up, fragrance and stain free. All orders should be intact with a do not remove tag, that makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. All items must be unworn, with tags and ties still attached. We will not accept any returns that do not comply.
All original Alpaca Apparel tags must still be attached for a return to be accepted.
Returns – general garments.
Please email us at hello@alpacaapparel.co.uk within 14 days of you receiving the item to request a refund.
Due to the delicate nature of these items, we ask you to take extra care and please kindly avoid wearing sharp jewellery that may catch on the fabric and please avoid make-up or self tan products that may mark when trying them on.
Alpaca Apparel is happy to offer refunds for all full price online purchases and garments must be returned with original tags intact and in the condition it was sent in. For accuracy we photograph and document all items before they are sent out.
Alpaca Apparel are not liable for any additional damage that incurs whilst the item is in your care and any marks / damage noted will be subject to a cleaning / repair fee on return and may affect the validity of the refund.
Shipping your returns
You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to us safely. For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund the costs of carriage up to a maximum of £10 where the item is confirmed by us to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Once we have received the item back and it has been checked, we will refund you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs or we are happy to offer a credit to be used on the website.
Due to being a small business we would appreciate all items to be sent back within 7 days of us approving the return.
International / EU Returns:
Please ensure you clearly label all returns as RETURNED GOODS to avoid any customs / duty. As a small business we are unable to absorb these costs and if you fail to label returns correctly you will be liable for any associated duty / customs charges.
Sale items
All sales are final on discounted items and non-refundable.
External events
All sales at markets / pop ups / external events are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly before committing to your purchase.
