    All the farms we work with have alpacas whose well-being is a top priority. By working with farms we know personally, we ensure that every step of the process supports responsible farming practices, prioritising both animal welfare and community development.

  • We will not use Dyes

    Our dedication to eco-friendly practices extends to every aspect of our production. We are proud to say that we never use dyes in our luxury alpaca knitwear.

    This decision is key to reducing our environmental impact, as dyes can contribute to water pollution and waste. By using the natural colours of the alpaca fleece, we preserve the vibrancy and beauty that nature intended.   • Regenerative Farming and Alpaca Apparel

    Alpacas are remarkable creatures that graze without uprooting plants. Unlike some other livestock, they nibble only the upper parts of grass, allowing immediate regeneration. Alpacas have a small ecological footprint. Their selective grazing ensures that the grass continues to replenish itself, minimising the need for extensive field rotation. Alpaca poop is rich in nutrients and doesn’t require composting thus creating an amazing natural fertiliser. This can be directly applied to fields, enhancing soil health, and promoting plant growth. Alpacas coexist harmoniously with other farm animals and wildlife and there are plenty of these in the New Forest! The alpacas gentle impact allows native plants and insects to thrive, supporting the overall biodiversity of this special area of the United Kingdom.
