Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn or showing signs of wear. Items must be make up, fragrance and stain free. All orders should be intact with a do not remove tag, that makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. All items must be unworn, with tags and ties still attached. We will not accept any returns that do not comply.
All original Alpaca Apparel tags must still be attached for a return to be accepted.
ALPACA APPAREL SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process and post your order within 2-4 working days and we ship worldwide using Royal Mail. We offer three flat rate shipping services on our standard collections.
UK
Please choose either the Tracked 48 or Special Delivery option at checkout
Rest of the World (including USA)
Please choose the International Tracked and Signed or International Tracked at checkout. Contact us if you require further information and please see the rate card for your country.
UK Orders via Royal Mail take 2-3 working days. For Europe and International addresses please refer to the Royal Mail website and select your country for the most up to date and accurate information.
Customs / Duty
Alpaca Apparel does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax. This is worldwide and now includes all countries in the European Union. All orders sent to countries in the EU are now subject to Import Tax & Custom Fees.
The taxation for a particular country depends on the local GST/VAT, as well as the item category and its declared value so we advise you to check what your local rate is before committing to purchase.
There is a threshold which is the amount at which a person begins paying taxes based on the declared value of an item. Anything over that you will be subject to charges. Please note thresholds vary from country to country.
Lost / missing parcels.
Alpaca Apparel will not refund towards orders marked as delivered with a Royal Mail / courier tracking number and proof of postage. We will also not be responsible for any parcels missing where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the parcel on your behalf. It is also your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Please check all details before payment.
